  1. even tho i knew all of that, i think its a good guide for new players. only thing you forgot to mention is that ancient fruits regrow every 7 days. i like to plant them on a wednesday or thursday cause the first few days of a new season can be quite exhausting with planting crops and all that stuff, but thats just personal preference. also the 7 day regrow time is really advantageous since its the same time it takes too produce ancient fruit wine in a keg which means if you plan it out the right way, you will need the exact amount of kegs compared to your ancient fruit plants to get going.
another thing that can be important for new players is that, as tempting as it is, its quite dangerous to plant ancient fruit seeds in your first season or even your first year: crows will destroy the plants if you are short on scarecrows or you are not used to their range. also if you manage to get the greenhouse in the first year (which is quite doable) you will regret planting the ancient fruits outside because they will just die off in winter. for advanced stardew valley players this is not a big concern but imagine a new player plants his ancient fruit seed in early spring without covering the plant with a scarecrow…
