I think the most useless potion is warmth potion, the majority of terraria probably don't know about it but all It does is reduce the damage from enemies in the ice biome
The context is in a NORMAL world The reason why it is the most useless Is because, to even get the potion you need to go through the seeds that they were programmed with.

Is because
•It is alot of effort to get in a world your probably not playing in
•youd need to be drunk to use it on a world that is not worthy
•The original use of this potion Was to prank hackers that would try to get dev items in the older versions of terraria.

I got one of those potions, i were NOT on any special seed, and i got the buffs.
I think most of these debuffs are ones you can use the Ankh Shield to block
Can't the ankh shield and some sort of ways to deflect the buffs
