NPCs donβt appear on the map until you actually meet them.
Vincentβs comment is one of the options that can crop up at the picnic. I donβt remember if you chose the dialogue that triggered it. I think you need to choose the farming and vegetables dialogue.
Hi. Me again. With some machines it matters which item you out in the machine. If adding the pelican ball doesnβt work, try adding the wool. If neither works then cheat it in.
[Edit] Watching further, I suspect thereβs a typo in the PFM file. Cheat it in.

thank you for looking at the plushies again! itβs so involved and would be so confusing without the look up anything mod. Eloise would drive me crazy if i were her teacher lol. kids her age can be so inflexible with what they βknowβ as facts. cheating the white wool in is fair, if itβs broken you canβt do much else. im trying to keep my comments shorter though, as always loved the episode π
I think there is a config to help with the Hector-unlocking, but he is designed to be unlocked via various means, so it may take a while. Also, you should do a terrain reset to clear up the area around the tower of trees and bushes that are currently clipping.

**And btw, just a PSA: don't ever throw water on a grease/oil fire, it will literally explode! If the fire is in a pan, cover it with a lid or a cookie sheet. You can use salt or baking soda to put out a small fire, but make sure you have a non-water based fire extinguisher in your kitchen.

When I wanted to talk to Kiwi and Jio, I just cut that pesky tree down, then I was able to get in and out without fuss.
