Didn't he mention at one point that he "lost someone" once? Was that in surgery? I don't see any operating lights or equipment or even a proper OR bed. And you don't get any after surgery recovery time. And where are your bandages from surgery? I always had bandages of some sort. Always. I mean, they are cutting you open somewhere… that's what "surgery" means… they're cutting you open to fix something. Did he even operate… or is he just charging you for an operation hoping you won't know the difference? I was never too sure what Concerned Ape was doing with his 'Harvey' character… and especially with this situation. Maybe he's never watched any tv shows with doctors in them?

Climbing down a ladder gets you to the same floor as jumping into a hole. The hole just increases the floor counter more.
Also, the travelling merchant’s stock isn’t affected by luck as it can be predicted years in advance.
