Terraria 1.4 Update: Meteors now spawn after you defeat the Eater of Worlds / Brain of Cthulhu. Apart from this, the progression is largely the same. Try using shurikens or a bow with jester arrows for those bosses. Meteors must now be mined instead of blown up as well.

I've been playing for 2 years and just started hardmode because I get obsessive about how much prep I should do to my world
How are you supposed to get meteorites to spawn before killing the brain of cuthulu or eater of worlds. It won't spawn on my world and I can't defeat the brain. Everyone else says you gotta defeat one of them first!

Hey. Zuzcorn so i beated wof (wall of flesh) but my hallowed biome hasnt been made yet. I talked to the dyrad and she said my world was 15% corrupted and 4% hallowed. And i cant beat the destroyer with a cutlass. Soooooo how. Can i get more of the hallowed biome? The hallowed biomes backround does appear for me but i cant find it ive check the middle of the hallowed backround but it just leads to a cave i know

I killed the hallowed mimic 6 times and I got 6 flying knives
