If you’re craving an entirely new experience from modding Stardew Valley, this is the mod for you! Ridgeside Village adds an entire new town, new NPCs, and just about new kinds of every type of item! While it definitely takes more of a departure from the base style of Stardew Valley than the Expanded mod, there’s definitely a lot to enjoy here! Also, thanks to the fact that almost all of this mod takes place in its own custom area, it’s compatible with many other mods!

Wild that it's only been 9 months since this video dropped and they've made like 5 more of the npcs marriage candidates – the development team works so hard and it shows!
I didn't realize when I first watched this, but you missed out on the second character you can romance after the story, her name is Daia.

How well does this run on the steam deck?
Stardew Valley is season one, Expanded is season two and Ridgeside is season three
I know it's incredibly petty, but it bothers me that the rich family has a giant TV directly in front of their front door.
I'm watching these videos knowing that vanilla Stardew Valley rubs on Linux natively, but can't help but wonder if these mods will play nice with Linux too, or if they're Windows-only mods…
