Disable MIP Mapping. There’s a common bug with AMD graphics cards that have problems with MIP Maps and you’re maxing out your card visualization which Minecraft should not be doing.
You can try sliding the mip maps to 0 in game but I find it more reliable to open the config file outside of game, meaning exit first, set it to false, then restart.
