Looks great! I would say maybe add some trees, stree lamps, and make the white lines a little further from each other so they aren’t so close. It looks a little too cramped with the buildings together but overall looks nice

All the builds look nice but also seem kinda boxy even with some being rounder shapes.
Maybe try and add more stuff that hangs onto the streets, put some vehicles and trailers on the road and stuff like that and I think it’ll come more to life
Add on edit: you could also use water logged stairs on the sides of the road to show drainage systems as another way to add ok to that lively feel
