Older layout was extremely dense and didn’t have a lot of structure nor organization. Since I wanted this city originally to be a combination of SoCal and NorCal urban areas I copied and pasted my buildings over a new infrastructure grid and built around them. 101, 405, and 110 surround the downtown core. Downtown core consists of Salesforce, CTF tower. East holds Transamerica Pyramid and Wilshire Grand Center as well as the under construction SF Chinatown and Little Italy.
