I’ll break it down for you
The “Mod” Options for building generally are just worldedit and axiom. Litematica is cool but it isnt really used for designing builds
See most builders dont exactly rely on mods, Since some of the building tools are also just plugins that are only runnable on servers, Some of those servers being public, so you’d find that most builders just build on servers instead to have access to those tools, aswell as having the mods i mentioned earlier, The “main” plugins are the following:
Arceon, Metabrushes, FastAsyncVoxelSniper, Gopaint, Gobrush, ezedits, head database and builder utilities.
Remember, those are Plugins, Meaning you’ll only get access to them on servers, some of them are locked behind a paywall for personal server usage some are not, and the ones that are locked usually are available to use on public building servers

Personally i use axiom, worldedit and litematica. In theory axiom is enough for most things you want to do. People also use like voxel sniper and some other paint mods but you can do it all with only axiom now
