all item servers. they skip the pillars by just getting the celestial sigil spawning item. i guess beating the final boss with maxed gear by skipping the rest of the game can be gratifying for some people.

Dark Gaming go brrr(Basiclly they go for OP items then kill ML as he can be spawned without killing the pillars or even Lunatic Cultist first)

Aside from multiplayer or cheating.
The pilar achievement could have been added later than the moonlord one.
