Can someone explain on whats going on here?

    When repeatedly powered and unpowered, redstone torches “burn out” for a short while.

  2. You can do that better with a comparetor on substraction mode and a repeater running on the side… put a continuous signal in the back, and you’ll get a flickering signal out the front… that’s gonna be stable.

  3. the redstone dust from the repeater clock is updating the burnt out torch, causing it to turn on again.
