Acoording from what I get,a garden is a piece of ground that are next to a house that may some plants grow. It would be better if there is a house at the middle of the garden.

Garden implies it’s man made.
It’s just a forest, and a variant of the roofed forest at that. They could’ve just called it the pale forest.
