HUGE Lush cavern, surrounded completely by a snow biome. (Shaped like a chicken wing for bonus points, the lush cave takes up the entirety of the chicken wing shape on the map) Right in the center of the starting map. underneath a spruce forest, spanning almost the entirety of the starting map. Tons of resources, mine shaft connected on an offshoot, at least 2 amethyst geodes and access to deepslate right away after some exploring.
Village bordering spruce and snow biome at bottom center of map as well. Broken nether portals spread about map.
