Can’t tell what the floor is, but it looks gray so maybe glowstone under carpet?

If you want, use the command to get the light block. I think it’s something like “/give @ s light_block” (no space between the @ and the s Reddit was being annoying, no quotation marks either). It’ll give you a light bulb block that you can change the light settings on, it also turns invisible when you aren’t holding the block in your hand.
