YES i just got caught up yesterday!
If you use lookup anything on an item in your inventory or a shop and scroll down a bit, you can see how many of that item you have, including rarecrows. You can also search items (default keybind is left shift + F1) and look up all the info that you normally can if you use it in your inventory. Finally, using lookup on a monster can tell you how many of that type of monster you've killed, what the slayer goal for that monster is, and what it will drop
