would you be able to eat a spoonful of just mayonnaise? i tried and it was too overwhelming. it tastes good, but there’s just way too much mayo in a spoonful. i love putting a little extra mayo into tuna and chicken salads though. speaking of, i wonder why pork salad isn’t really a thing in the same way chicken salad is? like, cook it, shred it, mix it with some mayo, a bit of mustard, relish, etc. hmm, i might try it some day…
