This is a signal strength measuring tool for containers.

To explain chest A holds items till full, Chest B is what we are measuring and lecturn C is what we are measuring for.

Label pages in a book and quill up until 15. When you want to see how much items are needed for a comparator to output a specific signal strength like let’s say signal strength 4 all you gotta do is flip to page four and wait. You will know when it’s done because the comparator will give an output

The chests can be replaced with any kind of block that holds items.

I have a theory signal strength is percentage based based on how full it is because 1 item is signal strength 1, 8 is half full and 15 is completely filled in every container.

Anyways the second photo will give a clue as to how to build this.

This design shows the minimum amount of items to reach a specific signal strength.

Any stack items will do 64 stack, 16 stack and unstackables.

TLDR I made a measuring tool to figure out redstone better
