the Terraria greates I’m talking chippy gaming Waffle Time roin Wild laau cifo what do they all have in common they’ve all beaten Terraria now I’m not a sellout that just tries to follow in the footsteps of every great YouTuber but I am somebody who wants to become one of the greatest Terraria players and that means I need to put in my time I’m going to beat the hardest mod that has ever existed in Terraria without any Wiki and to make it worse I’m doing it with an even larger weight on my shoulders my friend Blake is joining welcome to Calamity episode 1 we started out with some fresh characters and great attitudes and decided to scavenge around to see if we could find anything for us to use this early on welcome to Calamity bro this is this is so exciting is so ex I have no clue what we’re doing but there is a starter bag in our inventory I’m going to right click and open oh all right so we have a lot of stuff it gave us here a squirrel staff oh this staff is so good all right I’m going to go left and I’m going to find a chest before you what are these things there’s a gater I use that at night my bad that’s not me all right also we have a boss log where it shows us all the different bosses in this new mod but we unlock them by beating the previous should we move together is that what you want to do yeah cuz we just have copper swords bro I can’t do anything open your starter pack what do you oh yeah I guess I could use it those that’s that’s a fair point ah oh I got some climbing boots let’s go oh ah this guy is going to kill me this guy’s going to kill me I’m going to die I’m coming oh gosh I’m running I’m running I’m running I’m coming BL Hold Up N I’m running I’m running wait on me you did this you did this Blake this is your fault this is literally your fault I’m spawning my squirrel we’re doing this thing I’m getting out of here I’m getting out of here what is your squirrel going to do your squirrel is not going to do anything it’s doing stuff tons of new bosses tons of new items crazy progression I don’t know any of it I’ve intentionally not done any research we have this this boss log uh the King Slime was in the big tree area right or is it just like we have to kill a certain amount of king of slime it’ll spawn randomly in outer thirds of world map or kill 150 slimes during the Slime rain we decided it’d be a smart next step to start building some housing for our NPCs to move in while we talk about our next steps I I’m going to build a campfire wow you are so useful look at me contributing dude contributing I’m actually contributing for once look I’m really really proud of you I’m going to contribute again I’m going to build a table look at this dude this is legendary that’s actually an amazing thing that you just did thank you Blake you’ve progressed so much in this game all right so we have three suitable housing uh G Grill grillin 805 wle the automation expert you know that’s my favorite guy with our housing built we got curious and decide to explore for a bit more coming across something entirely unexpected that is your main function I’m so proud of you follow the breadcrumbs you are the light to my next step is to build a elevator and I’m so glad we did because we found some really cool stuff all right that looks good oh Blake Blake so you got to you got to now I got to figure out how to get down appropriately but hey if you bring a if you bring a water bucket you might be all right I don’t need no water bucket who do you think I am oh but it’s working I’m getting there it’s literally all I wanted after digging down for quite a bit we decided to go to the surface definitely not because we died and we wanted to just figure out our inventory management system we need to create a storage heart the storage heart is where you can access stored items and is required for a storage system to function so we need diamonds and we need emeralds after we have that we need to create storage units this is a whole lot of work there’s so much in this dude like I’m reading there’s a whole lot I’m just flattening it out you’re going to you’re going to ruin it dude I’m not ruining anything you need to have more trust in me I carried you last season season yeah this is like a Survivor episode it’s like empty it’s Shore what do you mean bro I’m I’m we’re going to bring it down a level no no no no no no no no no no no no cuz there spawn points here and we’ll just fall right into place it’s no big deal mess it up you’re going to mess all up all wait wait wait wait actually I new helmets on we decided to go mining once again to just get some diamonds emeralds and additional ore to help us along our journey little did we know we would find something that would completely change the rest of the series forever oh dude there’s a chest in the water to the left I just saw it nice oh nice there’s shoe spikes in here for you here you go Blake oh sweet uh there’s lead over to the left side what is this what is this Blake Blake Blake BL what the heck it’s a little lobster there’s a craw daddy there’s a little craw dad oh ni see you oh my gosh I’m flying whoa what are you what come left come left what are you doing come left whatz like look what the heck is this I know let’s go in bro what what is this what I got a a an excavator key some a drill to drill through the world so you can destroy the neat World Generation with complete regard for all creatures that inhabit these lands oh ow ow ow ow ow ow ow might not might not want to go in there yo I’m so op already oh my gosh Blake you’re going to love this I’m not even going to lie okay oh I got a chest I got mysterious circuitry a lab seeking mechanism you want to see my drill dude I would love to to see your drone oh my what look at that Y how did you like I can just get us full kits of armor if I have this mining thing dude yeah so why don’t you mine through the entire world with that thing I’m going to I’ll take him out for you waa wa that’s sick dude oh you know what that is that’s the that’s the cleansing jelly yeah it hurts a lot I’m coming to did you see that yes I’m just going to follow oh my gosh this is insane oh hey just go just keep going just keep going just keep going I don’t want to keep going if I have this oh oh chest yeah we decided to teleport back drop off our items and get back to mining so we can keep progressing faster all right what a beautiful progression so far okay [Music] oh I found a GE I’m get oh I found [Music] diamonds I’m just running through this world Blake um oh and now finally we have everything we need to build our magic storage uh well I have I have the storage heart I mean it’s literally just like that that’s it that’s the whole thing whoa okay did you right click it uh no all right look at this I can deposit all how does this work can store up to 40 items okay so we definitely need silver what what counts as silver does tungsten count as silver does gold and then we need the crafting interface which we can make by the way and now we should be able to yeah look I deposited it so we needed just make a crafting interface now is what I’m trying to do and we have another storage unit perfect watch this ready you ready I don’t think you’re ready for this the access is not connected to a storage heart oh it needs to be touching it maybe oh my gosh it’s connected let’s go so we should be able to now we should have full access to crafting I think we need to maybe place a workbench down on this I’m going to bring the furnace up here as well all right BL look if you open that top crafting one you can see all the different things we can make that’s attached to this green storage unit here I’m just going to fill up the rest of these chests here boom bam pop and then now press the blue and look how much we can craft if I just clicked one button here all of this would be gone hul oh my gosh like this is incredible this is amazing this is wild oh cality so much progress in the world of Calamity and all of this is without Wiki so I’m impressed that we’ve made it this far nice helmet nice helmet to you too our only goal for this video is to set ourselves up with a strong foundation for the future and I think that’s exactly what we were able to accomplish this is just the start of an amazing series and I’m so glad you
