You need to provide more info. Host service, whether the server is public or whitelisted, of this persists when the server restarts, if it persist when no players are online, what game version, what mod loader version, if you have plugins installed, etc.
As for this error, smile2 exe is not a player. That error honestly looks like someone, likely a bot, trying to execute the log4j exploit (which was patched years ago, but there are still some bots that attempt to run it hoping they find an unpatched server). Please list the info for the above questions.
