W look at that it’s a tunnel and it takes a surprisingly short amount of time to walk through wait wait what a while ago I took a trip down memory lane and install the immersive portals mod and in that video we did some cool things if you didn’t watch it I’ll show you one of the things right now we just jump through here we’ll fall through the world and end up in the nether no jump cuts no nothing we’ve just fallen through the world now that’s a cool feature but there are some things I did not look at in that video and my plan is to do that today first off let’s do the only logical thing and make every single cow size 0.2 no no I’m about to make the most horrendous crime against humanity cow farm with mini Cows as usual I’m going to show you how the mode works you make your portals you light them up and then you can walk through you all know how it works at this point I I don’t I don’t have to show you I really I really don’t but I actually have another reason for showing you how to make a portal cuz apparently there’s a new way to make a portal I saw this when I recorded the other video but I just didn’t look at it for some reason there’s a port wand now I’ve never seen this before I remember all of the sticks here for rotating the portals and doing things to accelerate portal fly I have I think there are some new sticks as well I don’t know what this is we’ll have to look at that as well but this thing this thing the portal wand use right button to select the left bottom point of the port dot oh all right I think I can understand what this is wait yeah okay this is this is going to be cool all right so we can choose from like the corner and center point of the signs of the BL can we go into the yes into the middle as well that means we’ve got nine different positions we can choose from let’s do the center left over here all right and then select the right buttom point do that over here whoa what the okay I’m Sor sorry I’m not I have never seen something so wow I did not expect this okay I was thinking this was going to be like a 10-second part of the video where you just right click to make a portal but look at this good thing I decided to make another video okay let’s just make the portal then there we go and now we need need to make the second side so it’s got a green color now this little Cube here I guess if we make the portal over here then does it have to be the same scale yeah look at that it can only be the same size we can change the rotation of it but the size of the portal is decided by the size of the portal over there let’s right click and wow we can now go from here to the gravel thing quick and easy I love how this just looks like slightly off and weird like you can barely see it but you know something something’s going on here you know what it reminds me of a mirror tree house that I have seen for some reason I can’t remember where I saw it but I’ve definitely seen a mirror Tree House in my life actually could you use portals to disguise a house like what if you build a base entrance and then you place a bunch of portals around it just to hide the entrance like this I mean you can tell that something’s off but it’s not you go around the portal that you actually see what’s hiding behind that is cool talking about Reflections and mirrors if we place out some glass here and light it up with a flint and steel yes it works the same way as it used to the immersive portals mirror that glitches out if you walk into it cuz it’s still just portals that are facing you what if we get another mirror behind this I probably tested this out at some point yeah it’s just a bunch of me oh that’s nuts let’s make a room out of mirrors I feel like these are things that I probably did in 2021 and if you’ve recently watched those videos I’m sorry I I’m going to do it again I don’t really care oh my oh okay well oh hi why do I look so sick with a mirrored F no this is weird oh no they’re oh they’re gone actually how about a floor of Glass isn’t that going to look sick we’ll see the sky reflected in the ground oh oh there’s me and a big shadow that appears if you have shown this to me in like 2012 I would not have believed you like I you you I would have said this is made of Cinema 4D or something but okay back to the portal wand can we make scaled portals with this I touched on scaled portals in the last video the way you do them is you make one portal one size and the other portal twice the size or whatever and then we’ve got scaled portals I want to see if we can do that with the wand so let’s make a portal here we probably can’t right cuz it had like a pred decided size okay so this portal is now 3×3 blocks now we’re making the other portal what if I make this six at the bottom oh it’s oh it says with six there we go can we do that we can wait oh that’s a SC yes that was so simple no way I don’t know why I have a habit of going into survival mode when I’m testing things out it’s just like if I die it it could be fun so I just have to do it we walk through here now we’re so tiny but can I even get up this block here I can’t wait I need a slab and I’m not in Creative anymore wait are we actually stuck here I was thinking I could chop down a tree to make a slab so I could climb up but no man beating Minecraft as an ant back in the day that was fun let’s go back through become normal size what if we go through this portal then we should become huge right big shells yes finally where are the villagers show me the villagers oh I wonder do I have more strength now that I’m big let’s attack this tiny tiny Iron Golem oh no it appears I don’t and now I have lost what the all right immersive portals is a 10 out of 10 Minecraft mode and it looks like the portal wand is a 10 out of 10 feature to immersive portals what is this thing so crazy let’s see this portal is 2x two so we can do 8 by 8 then maybe and then big portal oh yes yes there we go I’m your size you don’t have to be scared we we’re the same hello why are you running I can literally what bro I cannot I mean you could you could probably kill me right now in a fight you’d probably win oh that portal is very large why is it like that is it because of lag wait I can become what be scared rabbit I’m sorry I’m sorry all right so this stick right here completely removes the portal that is good removes all of the portals we have two more wands to look at it’s not just to create portal wand so let’s make a normal portal this time no more scaled Tom Fu jeery shells all right so this sck can drag portals and it wow look at that selection box so you can select different points use right button to drag it on the XY plane okay is it LO wait left click no it’s looked okay unlooked and then I do I just hold look at how simple this all what if you type SL port in the chat you’ll get a bunch of things I don’t know what 99% of these do but there might be something cool in here ooh set portal custom name name oh no no no no no no and then what we’ll do is we’ll give the portal a custom name and we’ll do teleportal that’s cool and now we teleport the teleportal to me look it falls I can see myself all right as you can see I’m just looking at this amongus character here no worries but also if I start walking I can’t get rid of it it’s going to keep on following me forever cuz I have glued the portal to my character and he’ll just he’ll just go with me so the reason I wanted to try this is because I tried to make a VR headset with immersive portals you know back in 2021 or 22 I don’t remember and I couldn’t do it cuz there was something wrong with teleporting the portal to the player it glitched out it might have been the rotation actually and so I couldn’t do it but I mean hey that’s a proof of concept right there crazy stuff okay do you remember falling through the world and ending up in the nether I do and that was Dimension stack so this is what lets you do the cool stuff I looked at it in my previous video but I did not customize it so as you can see we can do whatever we want one here so I’m just going to remove all of these things here and we’re going to make our own world so let’s see add oh we can only choose from the that’s kind of sad all right so we’ve got Skyland and then can we not do the end we can do the end ooh you know what let’s test it okay let’s fly down into this cave here and see if we have the nether y here’s the nether boom and so now the question is what happens if we fly up into the sky will we see the end up here or not yo oh it’s the end Island wait can we see it from down here no my render distance is too short okay with full render distance maybe wait does the sky look normal up in the end now nope there we go okay yeah this is definitely the end okay so let’s say you’re in survival mode you accidentally went through the end portal your friends are screaming at you sh why’ you go through the portal we’re not supposed to fight the dragon yet well I I might have a solution for you let’s uh let’s jump down and see if we end up in the overw we do we do but we we do still die wait let’s just do everything the other way around nether at the top Overworld in the center and the end at the bottom I don’t know what that’s going to do I have no idea how this is what this is going to look like so it’s looking normal here got a nether portal over here we don’t need you we just going to see the nether appear or how does this yeah there it is that’s just the nether okay all right so you go up into the sky and you’ll find the nether that’s strange okay let’s dig straight down right here I mean this would be oh there we go it’s the end and then of course if we fall through the end just die a horrible sad and
