    Perhaps after giving up his dream to be a pilot he decided to be a doctor. Studying and opening up a clinic in a larger city. Like he implies he moved to pelican town. He had more patients but also far more work, stress. And depression that this isnt what he wanted. He wasnt in the "Learning to live and do the best with it" stage yet. And perhaps with stress, depression and a bad mental and physical state he screwed up. Maybe the patient would have died anyway. Or he knows its his actual personal fault. So that may also be why he moved to pelican town. Sure he has less patients and money. But it helps his own mental health too. He can take his time with each patient and try different approaches.

    Last bit. What if the patient that died was someone actually close to him.

    Great video, i had never really romanced Harvey. I think i might feel a bit guilty over how often i end up in the clinic from skull cavern now XD.

    Concerned Ape has done a great job making these characters feel like real people
