  1. – That jungle key you have can be used to unlock the Temple hidden in the jungle. Have you found it yet?
    – The various Biome Keys you've collected throughout your journey have had their curse lifted, allowing them to unlock their respective Biome Chests found in the Dungeon.
    – Plantera's defeat has empowered the dungeon spirits and allowed them to drop better loot such as a better whip, magic weapons, guns, and Ectoplasm used to upgrade Chlorophyte Bars into Spectre bars, which have a particularly strong affinity with magic.
    – The Witch Doctor now sells the Hercules Beetle accessory, which increases summon damage and knockback. He also sells Tiki Armor, a summoner armor set that boosts summon damage, minion slots, whip range. And finally, he now sells Vials of Venom which can craft Flasks of Acid Venom, a type of potion that allows melee and whip attacks to inflict devasting toxic venom onto enemies!
    – From materials obtained from looting the Jungle Temple, you can craft the summoning item for the Solar Eclipse event, causing the sun to blot out the sky and attracting unique, scary monsters! From this event you can get an extremely good Minion, wings, accessories, yo-yo, and the Broken Hero Sword, a mysterious material used to upgrade the True Night's Edge into the ultimate sword of light and dark.
    – The Pumpkin Moon and Frost Moon events can be summoned using various summoning items crafted from Ectoplasm. The Pumpkin Moon has an especially large amount of Summoner loot including armor, minions, and accessories, while the Frost Moon has various Magic, Melee, and especially Ranged weapons to be obtained.
    – Purchase the Jetpack from the Steampunker NPC. It's a type of Wings that's better than the Harpy Wings.
    – A new, delicate butterfly has started appearing in the Hallow. Be careful if you accidentally slay one…
    – You may now finally be strong enough to take on the mutant fish pig that bested you many times in earlier episodes…

  2. Fun fact there is these things that drop from giant tortoises called turtle shell with that and the green ore to make melee armor for Blake

  3. Finally Plantera is gone! The game gets much better now! BTW Blake wants a wep from her so you may want to casually murder her in passing if you cross another pink bulb or two in your future travels ๐Ÿ˜‰

Also you should know that once you use the key on the Temple and defeat it, much many weps will become available Cloud :>

  4. DON'T MAKE SHROOMITE BARS! They are ranged only and neither of you guys are playing ranged buy tiki armor from the witch doctor instead

  5. Terraria tips!

Dont fight the jungle temple boss yet! Beating it will make the old ones army impossible! Farm that event first, and get as many defender metals as possible, because you will need the tier 3 sentries to even try tier 3.

New armors available! Blake can use clorophyte and turtle shells to make turtle armor. You can get tiki summoner armor from the witch doctor.

Its always a good time to fish! Especially fishing quests. But lets just say you might be strong enough to get revenge on a certain duke of fishron.

  6. At this point the four main hamage classes have their second best armors available, Beetle for melee (upgraded turtle armor after jungle temple), Shroomite for ranger, Spectre for sorcerer, and spooky for summoner (from the pumpkin moon) Iโ€™d say you have a great chance against the Duke Fishron at this point

  7. Hey I have a fun idea, youโ€™ve fought the Mech__Bros__Array separately, why not for a fun challenge summon all three at the same time? This is purely for fun and wonโ€™t help you at all

  8. Ay, let's go! Plantera is absolutely one of the most massive points in progression for your guys' world. With her dealt with, not only has the Jungle Temple opened up to you, but several pivotal changes in your world have now happened. Proud of just how far the two of you have come!

First off: the Dungeon. You might have simply edited it out, but much, much more powerful spirits now roam the dungeon, freed from the binding curse of the Jungle beast. That very same curse was also sealing shut those massive, fancy chests buried around the dungeon. It might be worth investigating, if simply for the new items you can farm for within. A side note to the dungeon is that one of those items is particularly important for you if you want truly go Summoner. First, though, you'll HAVE to get a proper whip to get the most out of your new 'Employees.' While you could make the Durendal from Hallowed Bars, a whole new option has come available from the dungeon. Once you've gotten yourself a whip, and perhaps grinded out some of those other resources and maybe fun new toys from the dungeon, it's time to try out a very difficult, but incredibly rewarding new event. As you had noticed, the Chlorophyte armor didn't have any options for Summoner, which is something you'll notice also happens if you try to craft bars from this new dungeon material. That is because the best Summoner armor for this point in the game is locked behind chunking into this new event. I won't spoil much, just that you might want to get into the Halloween spirit just a smidge early this year.

Second: the Hallow. Just after the sun has set, early into the night before darkness has truly set in, you might find these beautiful, radiant butterflies emerging from hiding along the surface. Their beauty is only matched by their fragility, and one must be especially careful not to damage one of them, lest they find themselves facing the full wrath of the manifestation of Light itself. By carefully catching these Prismatic Lacewings, and waiting to release them just after the night has fallen, you can enact a great cruelty and slaughter these wonderous creatures for the right to challenge the Empress of Light. Be warned: the Empress is a powerful foe, whose attacks are as devastating to feel as they are stunning to behold. But the rewards speak for themselves; the absolute best whip in the game, a pair of wings with near-unparalleled ability, powerful weapons for all classes, as well as some fun items for those willing to accept greater challenge. Just do not let the radiance of the sun feed the Empress' power, lest you be torn asunder*.

Third: progression. Next up is to delve into the ancient Jungle Temple and face the stone-faced idol the Temple's strange denizens worship. Funnily enough, most players regard this next boss as one of the easiest to take on at it's relative point in progression, even though Relogic has spent so much effort buffing it up and trying to make it more of a challenge. I expect the two of you to just wash this one away. Unless you get terrible RNG, but I think you two have that one in the bag. After this next boss is cleaned up, you'll only have to deal with one more challenger before you hit the final stretch, dealing with impossibly powerful creature that seem to come from different realities altogether. You're so close!

Man, the closer you two get to the end game, the more I'm in awe at just how far you've both gotten, from struggling to take on the desert and the corruption, to now truly starting to conquer your world. Well done! Although, it seems that you've developed a talent for building the worst possible arenas I've ever seen. What was with all the random blocks spread around you're arena? Just campfires? No heart lanterns or star bottles? As someone who loves to overprepare, it hurts to see. But, I suppose it got the job done, so I shouldn't really complain, even if it makes me want to bleach my eyes out with the stairs you built in place of flat platforms.

Others have pointed it out, but after the next boss is taken out, the Old One's Army jumps in difficulty by a significant margin, to the point where you likely won't be able to defeat it without end-game weapons and armor. It might be worth farming the even while you've still got a chance at beating it, so that you can just buy the best armor and sentries from the Tavernkeep once they become available. These armor sets provide powerful buffs that finally allow you to mix and match various pieces together to ignore set bonuses and specialize into some truly fun setups. Max crit chance with a particular Ranger build, max regen for Melee, stupid but fun stuff like that. Also, now that Plantera's been taken down, you can go into the Jungle Temple to loot it before taking on the boss within, and you'll be rewarded with fragments to an item that lets you manually summon a Solar Eclipse. With the power of the sun blocked, potent enemies relentlessly harass you. One such enemy that only fights you when Plantera has been defeated is a flying moth by the name of Mothron. Killing this beast may reward you with a broken blade wielded by a past hero. Blake might want to take this shattered blade to your guide to see what it can make.

I'm liking the editing style, though I do kind of miss the banter you two go through, and I was really enjoying watching you two try to figure things out on your own. I'll give it a couple more videos before I decide which one I prefer, so maybe this new style will warm up on me. Sorry for the essay, but Plantera opens up so much of the game for you guys, and I don't want to spoil everything.

  9. Good vid can't wait the next episode, btw maybe you want to buy a set of tiki armor from the witch doctor that gonna make you able to summon more minion and make your minion stronger ๐Ÿ™‚

  10. Tips:
Check out the Dungeon and Jungle Temple for some new items

Bring any Biome Keys you have to the dungeon

Hunting turtles will help with melee armour

Witch Doctor might sell some cool armor if he's in the Jungle

You're also very close to unlocking 2 special events(Frost/Pumpkin Moons) that are summoned at night and 1 special event in the day(Solar eclipse).

    Also, Nice video!

  11. Can you make 2 videos. One edited and one original?

This can help both you and us fans

Some people dont have the time to watch 40-60 minutes, but i definitely do without skipping

  12. Fun fact: you can grow chlorophyte. Make a 5×5 mud square with 1 chlorophyte in the middle. Over time it will spread.
Your new summoner set lies beyond the pumpkin moon event.
Now that you've beaten plantera it's dungeon time! Get all of your biome keys and open the chests! You will be amazed, but be warned – dungeon is now VERY dangerous but also VERY rewarding.

  13. Playing Terraria without wiki is insane fellas, after that playtrough pls play that game again with wiki bc (what i see) u fellas missed so much cool stuff. I wont spoiler but i am just saying

  14. Iโ€™m sure it will take you a while to get to this since youโ€™re literally in your first Classic Playthrough right now but definitely consider checking out Terraria Calamity sometime!

  15. Now the dungeon has new enemies, go there, there are lots of new items and new weapons that you can get, there will also be a dungeon spirit that drops ectoplasm
