They were meant to be secret superbosses fought after supreme calamitis, but they were removed because they were too similar to their original counterparts (lunatic cultist, DOG, and yharon)
I went on that wiki after making a calamity world for the first time trying to get the summon for the wulfrum excavator, not seeing the recipe after i realized it wasn't even in normal calamity 😢
