To repeat floors fast, just use the elevator to get to floor 20/40/80, then use the ladder to floor below, check/mine the ore and return. Rinse, repeat!

You can also do floor 61 for iron i find it is a better floor. And you want to scythe fiber not grass( grass will give you hay once you have a silo)
