That’s like all the new stuff quality Life Changes more new stuff other changes still more new stuff gameplay fixes now we’re talking about bugs basically and PC fixes look at how long the patch notes are so when you say what’s new in the update where do we even begin

You know like where do we even start he um he does updates significantly less frequently um than like The Sims would so it’s kind of a different vibe so anyway let’s start playing shall we let’s get started yesterday we played obviously it came out yesterday so oh the spirits are very displeased

Yet yeah and you can have more than one pet now we need to get an Earth crystal too um let me grab one of those okay you can have more more than one pet I think it costs like 40K in game to adopt a second pet so

That’s not really in the cards for us right now given I have $1,474 but eventually we’ll be able to adopt a pet another one we could get like a or something eventually we just don’t have enough money for that yet so we kind of have to hold off

Um we’re we’re early yeah we we’re talking about putting the trash hat on the cat that’s kind of been um what we’ve been discussing recently 40K for a pet yeah it sounds rough but like you got to remember that a lot of people that play this game like

As much as people like me do um once you get kind of late game you often have like millions of dollars sitting around like a lot of people you kind of work your way up until you have for example like a million kegs uh and a bunch of like wine

Being produced and then you’re aging that wine and then you’re selling it for like a million gold all at once um and so you make a lot of money late game and at a certain point you don’t really have that much else left to spend it on so a

Game content in stardew like it’s it’s uh kind of what he’s been focusing on um when I say he I mean concerned a the person who makes the game it’s kind of what he’s been focusing on and a lot of the updates that have come out well

There’s been like two updates in the past like four years but it’s kind of what he’s been focusing on in those updates um because that’s kind of where the game is is lacking I guess um so anyway okay I’m going to clear up some of this stuff just while we’re here the

Spirits are very displeased today so that’s kind of something to consider I still would maybe like to go to the mines I don’t know if that’s what you’re into but we’re really close to finishing look at the um when I show you the the treasure Hunters bundle this is our last

Thing we need an amethyst or an emerald and then we unlock the mine carts so I’m kind of like I want to do that first you know so that we can like fast travel around with the mine carts um a thank you for the 29 months and SE and dude

Okay 92 it was a good thing we went around and did this again I think it was worth it you can’t get the update yet if you’re playing on Xbox tab unfortunately the update doesn’t come out for a bit on Xbox because uh it takes a lot longer

For console to like approve them he has to submit it for approval and then they have to wait a couple weeks for it to go through um so it’s he submitted it like already but we have to wait a little bit until it actually works annoyingly

Um got beluga and Misty that’s the ones that I got my my uh chickens are called beluga and Misty I keep forgetting the name Misty I keep being like it’s beluga and something I can’t remember I was talking to my sister yesterday and I was like I

Little run through when I get on these levels just in case um we see any of the gems that I need um another Pro tip is also to kill all the monsters on these levels because then you have a chance of them dropping the ladder and then it makes the ladder more

Likely to spawn so I have the first inventory upgrade I don’t have the second inventory upgrade okay this is the level I keep telling you about where if you just run if you see a long standing level just run all the way to the end there you don’t need

To mine any rocks there will be an already open ladder at the very end of this kind of level um I would mind like the good stuff that you see like this but you don’t need to try and find the ladder cuz it’ll just be open down there when you get

There so you can save your energy a little bit um yeah and there’s no energy loss if you use your sword so that’s the bonus of trying to kill the monsters as you get a chance of like finding the ladder without having to use any energy which is really helpful early game CU

You don’t have anything I mean we have some food now but like in the early levels of the mines when you barely have any food and you’re trying um the energy is big deal cuz you have to mine rocks and you can’t really so we are on level 93 of the mines um

Right Now oh and these little guys the slimes that have like the little thingy on their head they are going to have something and they’ll drop you something in that case it is a burglar’s shank which I don’t really need so that’s nice however it’s not necessary

Um no the update’s not out for switch yet no unfortunately Ross it’s not um see that one dropped it we’re still waiting on that we don’t really have a lot of news about it yet either oh my yeah you can sell those um extra thingies like at the guild and stuff I’m

Pretty sure I saw in the patch notes correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure I saw in those patch notes that he oh my God that he improved it I’m drinking my Mayo for the first time that he improved it so that the guild is open until 2: a.m.

Now oh I can’t pick that up cuz my inventory is full um go away oh there’s a Jeb note over there too that’s good okay hoping for amethyst or Emerald oh God go away no it’s okay I can handle it let me try and eat up some of the things that are singly

Farming and we have our our um L for combat and we have the mine carts they have like hot food in there though they like catered lunch and stuff in there but a lot of it was meat so I didn’t eat it see they had like burgers am I going

To have that no so leave me off the list um it’s okay though it’s fine it’s just it’s kind of funny to compare them I think um okay well thankfully nothing bad happened to us cuz we managed to pass out in the right spot we did get more

Coffee beans which is also good um that’s our first Coffee Bean Harvest um I turned in the amethyst yeah that’s why we that’s how we just got the mine carts unlocked um it’s cuz I turned into an amethyst okay I’ll put all of these away

Don’t think I need the chub anymore actually cuz I didn’t get the enchanters bundle or whatever um so I can sell that one but I like to have a chest that has all of our community center things um together in one place um and like stuff that I have to donate

So it’s like the chest of stuff that we need to to bring somewhere you know um and then I like to have a food chest as well which I probably have enough wood to be making um so I can put all the food things that I’ve been keeping in there

Too um I’ll probably use those as extra food those will be food that’ll be food okay so we’ve got to start there um how do I know the bundle items um I remember a lot of them uh also when you can like see it from here if you want to see what

You have I have remix bundles so this is helpful for me to see what I’ve got um but anyway that’s kind of how it works I’m going to make another chest to put in the house that I will put all of my um like furniture and stuff

In so we can save those for later um you’re doing a JoJo run are you Maggie how is that going I oh there’s a lot of new stuff with with joa so oh that’s for the community center too and then I have food as well Community

Yet okay oh my God we’re going to have to figure out I I think pretty soon um I may move my chickens like over here cuz I think I might try and have them be uh like on the grass so I can leave the dirt parts for me to farm on

But we don’t really need to do that yet that’s more like going to be an eventually sort of situation um we have we have been drinking the Mayo Christine we were doing it in the mines because the Mayo is the by default it’s plus 50 energy um

Update is really late game stuff um so you can like access it quicker if you’re in an older save because you probably have like more unlocked you have more money so you’re closer to getting like all those new books and and stuff like that cuz right now I can’t afford any of

The books but if I had money in my other saves I could get the books um so that’s kind of something to consider I guess is that uh late game if you’re in an older save you’d have more access to those other things but at the same time

There’s like a new Farm type um and a and a bunch of other things that you might want to exper experience from the start just to see how it works you know um and I think that concerned ape himself said he recommends starting a new save so that’s kind of something to

Consider uh given he’s the one who made it he probably knows best about like what the new stuff is a lot of us haven’t really seen all the new stuff so we don’t really know yet you know um but if you are like really attached to an

Older save I understand the desire to like want to keep playing in that one um but it might even be fun to make it a fresh one just to see um but yeah that’s my opinion I made I made a new one so yeah he also had to tried out without

Mods first and I I don’t think he has like a big reason for that I understand that though like um I I kind of feel similarly to where like I took out all my mods to play with this even before I saw him say that I was like planning on

Doing that oh god um cuz when you have mods and the new stuff installed it like kind of muddies what’s new and and like what’s uh always there and it’s like it’s almost interesting to experiment with the game vanilla just to see but there are some mods that people can’t live

Without and I understand that so I don’t know um I think it’s just because then you can know what’s new more easily if you’re playing without any mods but um yeah that’s another good point Christine if you’re really attached to an older save the update’s not like

Going anywhere you can keep playing in the older save and then play a new save later with the update you know like you don’t have to stick to um like you you have the the world is your oyster you can do whatever you want so okay well that was actually pretty

A massive reward it basically means to like complete the game hence Perfection there’s even like a Perfection tracker that gives you like a percentage um and you have to like befriend everybody cook everything craft everything uh finish everything um unlock everything you have to you have to do everything and then

You unlock Perfection um so it takes a while you know what we need to build the bridge to get to that side of the beach we should oops we should do that soon um you got a peach sapling oh so maybe it’s different so someone corrected you and said it was an orange

Maybe theirs was an orange and yours was a peach I feel like mine’s a peach too but I don’t remember so we’ll see um the Perfection tracker you can’t find until you get into the island it takes a while it’s a long ways away if you’re looking for tips on Perfection

Switch I think people have really hard time fishing on switch a lot of the time and people often have an easier time fishing on PC so um that might be good for you um but some people might want it’s going to be like a learning curve to

We’ve gotten a couple pieces of it now I have three remixing the bundles it means um so by default the community center has like a certain set of bundles that are always there um and if you want to you can turn on a setting to switch what

They are um and it’ll remix them to like remix them to like random types of bundles um which is a little bit different than the standard and that’s fun for a lot of people that play this game a lot um because they’ve played the community Center a million times so it’s

It’s fun to have like the bundle remix and then like switch things up a little bit um you don’t have to do that I I if it’s your first time playing or if you’re like new to stardo in general I would not tell you to remix the bundles

I would keep them like standard um but if you’ve played a lot you would know about it and you would want to try it maybe um because it gives you some different options so oh cuz the greenhouse makes a shadow oh so the Moss is growing in

There cuz it’s dark look at my cat that’s interesting I guess that gives us like some things to think about um that’s cool good to know okay put that away too I remember uh concerned AP said that you can put torches on sprinklers now which

Um and then I was going to walk here’s a good tip by the way if you walk while you’re holding these let me put them all in one stack if you walk and like click old click oh I did not mean to put that one there oh my God maybe you shouldn’t do

My tip um but if you if you keep running um and like hold click you can just like place them everywhere you walk which is kind of helpful I guess I’ll have to buy uh eight more melon seeds then which is a shame it’s okay

Fertilizer on the crops that regrow so specifically I would like to put it on my blueberries as a priority these are my tomatoes we’ll get them over there um I forgot what this was but I’ll put it here too I’ll get it on all of those that’s

All of the fertilizer I had right we could probably put some on some melons as well um we don’t have a quality crops bundle so we don’t have to worry about the quality crops um cuz we do not have a quality crops bundle this time around normally I would encourage you to put

Fertilizer on melons because there is a quality crops bundle by default but we have remix bundles we do not need quality crops this time around it’s good to have them um I could put some on the corn too probably cuz we’ll keep that corn until the fall so okay

Um put the rest of that away you can fertilize after you plant only when it’s a seed so they haven’t grown at all yet these plants um so I can fertilize after I planted them because they have not grown yet uh to starting tomorrow once it’s grown I won’t be able

To do that anymore um you know what I’m going to do I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner I have that ugly stupid sprinkler let’s replace it and I can put some extra uh coffee plants they’ll be growing at different rates than these will but we can get

Some extra coffee plants here cuz I do have some more seeds I just need four more they grow in spring and summer so we might as well get like a collection going um okay well that means I can move this over cuz I can put another one of these
