I Survived 100 Days in 1.21 Minecraft Hardcore…

Today I’m going to be attempting to survive 100 days in the brand new 1.21 Minecraft update in hardcore exploring all the newly added features such as the trial Chambers all the new mobs and even the newly added mace anyways enjoy the video We Begin our journey on day one

Pretty close to a jungle biome but let’s ignore that for now because obviously we need to collect some wood so we can begin this world I then crafted a crafting table a few sticks so I could go ahead and get my very first wooden pickaxe of this world but this wooden

Pickaxe would be used for about 3 seconds because once I collected three Cobblestone it was already being replaced and now that the pickaxe has been upgraded I collected some more Cobblestone so I could get myself a stone Axe and sword I then went running around to collect some food and

Sugarcane because all this work really makes a man like myself quite hungry and whilst I do this make sure to subscribe because I’ll be doing a face reveal at 1 million subscribers But continuing running around over in the Horizon I found a desert temple so I promptly ran

Towards it this desert temple has an opportunity to make us insanely Rich to start off this world and uh well it didn’t really end up that way but we did manage to get some okay loot such as the armor trims and the enchant books before

I left I collected the TNT and then I made my way out of the desert temple and collected some food that I’d been cooking up whilst I looted the temple I saw a cave on the surface so I went and collected some coal and I also now

Wanted to get some iron but once I started getting shot at by by a skeleton I quickly changed my mind I don’t think I’ll be winning a fight against two skeletons whilst I had no armor or no Shield so instead I just ran around and

Found a mine cart full of loot no iron but I’ll still take it it was also around this time that I had my very first encounter with the new armadillo mob you see I haven’t been watching playing or paying any attention to Minecraft in the last 3ish months so I

Have no clue what’s being added in this update this was definitely a surprise to see but soon it was night time so I had to run over to the closest forest in hopes to find some sheep for wool I then crafted up a bed with that wool and then

Went to sleep I woke up on day two to a burning zombie try to attack me also a good portion of this day was just spent running around I ended up finding another mine cart on the surface however before I could loot that one I had to

Break a spawner before the spiders would spawn from the mine cart I got some iron so I crafted up a bucket and I was also going to craft up a shield however I had no so I continued running where I chopped down another tree and crafted up

A boat as well as a shield I then set sail as I wanted to find a location where I could build a base which I actually found pretty quickly and to save us all some time here nothing really happened for the rest of day two besides collecting some wool for another

Bed since somehow I left the other one behind I don’t know how I managed to do that there was only really one problem with the location that I had decided to build my base at it was kind of ugly with all the stone and other blocks that

Surrounded the area so for days 3 4 5 and six I went back and forth Breaking All the stone collecting dirt replacing the stone with dirt so it could all eventually turn into grass and look a whole lot better was this important absolutely not I probably could have

Just found a better base location but honestly I just insisted building here because there was a cool view yeah in front of me there was like a whole Private Island and the ocean was all warm and it had that cool blue color so I wanted to build here can you really

Blame me everything was kind of chill at the moment but later on in the video things kind of change very drastically you’ll see what I’m talking about pretty soon but next it was time to bring back team trees and start a whole forest for oak wood yes I just made a team trees

Joke 5 years after it was a thing I need this wood for a house right leave me alone obviously whilst I waited for the trees to grow I would continue my terraforming I guess you could say I really just wanted this place to look as good as possible and I really couldn’t

Do it too quickly at the moment considering I only had stone tools which leads on to my next goal and that was to go mining to get upgrades on my tools and armor that we currently had so off I went over to the mines for day 8 I

Mainly spent my time going around random caves collecting iron because originally my whole plan was to only collect some iron so we could upgrade to iron armor and tools which would allow us to slowly progress into getting better armor later on in the video however that plan was

Quickly changed after I found myself in a big cave first thing though I smelted up all my iron that i’ had been collecting so I could actually upgrade my gear I crafted my very first iron pickaxe and then whilst the rest of the iron was smelting I mined up my very

First diamond as well which was the beginning of lots more diamonds to be found I then crafted Up full iron armor as well as an iron sword and shovel and then after fighting an entire zombie apocalypse I mined up another Diamond actually as it turns out that zombie

Apocalypse was coming from a zombie spawner so I also looted those chests as well where I got a diamond horse armor some gold ingots a music disc a golden apple a name tag as well as some other random loot a creeper that I was fighting actually blew up and revealed

Some diamonds as well so that was pretty awesome I think you all get the point I just went around collecting more diamonds I also found a skeleton spawner during my Ventures so after fighting off some skeletons I obviously looted the chests and then continued collecting even more diamonds because I was now

Going for full diamond armor and diamond tools yeah my plan to only get iron armor was kind of just thrown out the window eventually I had enough diamonds to move on so I crafted up my very first diamond pickaxe of this world and then started mining up some obsidian now I

Only needed to collect 14 obsidian but for some reason I completely forgot this number and decided to mine up an entire extra obsidian yep that was like 10 seconds wasted good on me and now that I really had everything that I would need from these caves I just started heading

Back home digging straight up to get out of the caves obviously placing torches beneath my feet just in case somehow gravel would manag to fall down on me and then when I was back up at the surface I found myself running around for like 10 whole minutes because I got

Completely lost I had no idea where my base location was because I didn’t write down the coordinates eventually though I found my way back home I crafted up all the diamond armor and tools also an enchant table and then I Enchanted everything straight away we were only on

Day 11 and we already had full enchanted diamond armor I think that’s a pretty good beginning to this world and now that I had pretty decent armor that could protect me from most things what do you think I did go to the nether try beat the game nope I uh continued that

Whole terraforming thing yeah I continue doing this through day 12 and 13 even halfway through day 14 and then eventually I actually decided to do something else I’m going to be building a house yipp enough of that I’m not proud to say what I’m about to say this

Bu took me 9 days just let that sink in nine whole days but I still haven’t even got to the worst part about it yet sure yes the walls looked all right and obviously they could have been improved I’m sure of it I mean I’m no professional builder or anything however

It was when I decided to move on to building up the roof that things kind of you know turned for the worst for some reason I had no clue how I wanted to build up this roof whether it was trying different blocks Styles or whatever the

Heck else I could couldn’t manage to get anything to work so hear me out right I just didn’t build a roof bro what was I thinking all right another time I’m sure nothing would go wrong right wait what does that text say right there oh no

Well I wasn’t actually going to do a hole it in the nether at the moment because I only had like two pieces of bread for food right now and something tells me that isn’t going to be enough to get around the nether at the moment so instead I actually went over and

Started collecting some bone blocks which would then allow me to return back home turn it into bone meal and then I could start farming some wheat for food once I turn it into bread but afterwards it was then time to return back to the Nether and start looking for the nether

Fortress let me tell you all something really quick there were quite a few days whilst I was trying to find this nether fortress in which nothing happened it was so boring and content deprived that I could probably actually describe the entire journey within one word are you

Ready okay maybe I shouldn’t say that but it was extremely boring long story short I was just running around for such an absurd amount of time this was awful and it wasn’t as if I was actually encountering anything as well I was just simply bridging over lava running around

As well you get the point oh wait actually hold on on day 25 I got the return to Cinder achievement oh Pro Gamer right here yep sorry no autographs it’s 5:45 in the morning and I haven’t slept and I’m doing this voice ser and by Day 26 I actually got the hot tourist

Destination advancement day 27 still running but on day 28 I found a Bastion so even though I could be risking the entire world by going into this Bastion because of how overpowered the piglin brutes were I still decided to take the risk bridging over I found myself in the

Center of the Bastion I had to make sure to be as careful as possible as any wrong move would mean the world would be over I carefully eliminated piglin brutes looted chests and then piglin snuck up behind me put me down to two hearts of health and for some reason I

Thought jumping off would be a great idea it was because I managed to survive on one heart yipp no more of that and then after all of that I wanted to try and loot the center of the Bastion where it was guarded by like a trillion magma

Cubes this is going to be fun the magma cubes started attacking me so I ran back and then I tried again we got super close to dying three hearts to be exact but eventually I just said screw it and looted the chest where I got a netherite upgrade template netherite scrap and

Some other loot from one of the chests and then in the other chests I got a netherite Ingot as well as another netherite upgrade template I’d say this was well worth it but for now it was time to leave this basion and continue my exploration looking for the nether

Fortress and that exploration was going to last 3 more days oh boy this was a very rough time but once I finally found the nether fortress it felt great now that I found the nether fortress I could finally get the materials that I was looking for which was obviously just the

Blaze rods I I ran super fast over to the nether fortress and then upon entering into the Fortress I just started fighting off a ton of mobs it was also around this time that I realized I should probably craft up a new Shield which is what I did using

Some of the iron from the Bastion looting I did earlier and then I just went straight into fighting off Blazers for blaze rods and again this is where things turned for the worst because after defeating a few naturally spawning blazes I thought it was going to be a

Good idea to go and find a spawner which is exactly what I did now in the beginning this wasn’t really a challenge defeating the Blazers was quite easily actually that was until more blazes started spoiling but not only that I was also attacked by wither skeletons at the

Same time so I was getting shot at by blazes and hit by with skeletons at the same time sending me extremely low on Health Combined with my dwindling supply of food you could see how I was in a very bad situation I didn’t learn my lesson and I continued fighting the

Blazers until I had no food left so with my 10 blaze rods I made the right decision to leave the Fortress however I still had to make my way back home now and with no food this was going to be extremely interesting especially after I was hit by a blaze whilst leaving the

Nether fortress I was now stranded on 3 and 1 half hearts with no food and not even close to my nether portal that is I had two options in this situation one I could just die and restart the world and two I could try and find a way to get

Food I think you you can guess which one I chose for my first food source I collected mushrooms and made mushrooms too unfortunately that wasn’t enough to support me in regenerating my health so I moved onto the Crimson biome being extremely careful I defeated some hoglands for the pork chops I ended up

Running around in hopes to collect some more black stone for a furnace but after that extremely close call to death it was finally time to return back home wow that was definitely a crazy series of events anyways since it was now very gloomy day outside I think it was time

To chill out relax and do a few random tasks that would inevitably have to be done eventually anyways I started by sorting out my chest yep a very simple task to begin with I also did some farming and I also attempted to build out the roof again which failed

Obviously but don’t worry sometime in this video I end up sorting it out and the house ends up looking pretty awesome day 39 was also a chill day but today I made a sugarcan F I then crafted and Enchanted a brand new diamond pickaxe since my other one was going to break

Soon and then I got straight back to replacing all that stone into dirt which is what I continue doing into day 40 as well until I decided I actually wanted to start getting some animal farms and I was going to be starting with cows I then moved on to sheep and of course

Chickens too also when I say I was making Animal Farms I actually meant they would be trapped on ground until further notice when I can actually be bothered building them a proper Farm Farm area I also get pigs at another later date but now I actually wanted to

Do something else and that was to look for a village so I could bring some Villages over to my house and so I could get some potatoes and carrots but that’s besides the point I ended up finding an ocean Monument or whatever these things are called and after finding this I

Decided to go back home craft up a brush to see if I could get anything interesting from the suspicious sand um take a guess did I get anything no no I no I didn’t after realizing I wasted my time I returned back to my boat I ended

Up crafting a bed and then going to sleep so I could continue my journey the following day where nothing interesting happened as well still no Village in sight I did collect some jungle wood and cocoa beans to take back home later though just in case I wanted to farm

Those sometime in the future I don’t know so far this journey has just been another huge waste of time I collected some more food I guess and then eventually I actually found a desert village but once I got closer there wasn’t anything that I was looking for I

Couldn’t find the crops that I wanted and this Village was way too far if I wanted to transport villagers to my base so I just collected hay bales because why not and then on my way back home I found a Pillager Outpost and there was some carrots and potatoes in that chest

So I got extremely lucky with that one thank you very much pillagers for once I don’t completely hate you you’re still annoying though but continuing my journey back home I found a bamboo forest so I went ahead and collected a bit of bamboo but eventually after returning back home I cooked some steak

Into honestly that was about it for this day all right now I was going to do a couple more smaller tasks starting with building up a new smaller Farm which would be used for the potatoes and carrots I also planted some bamboo as well whilst I was at it but after all

That I entered back into the nether because I now needed some ender pearls if I ever planned on beaing the Ender Dragon in these 100 days the first Enderman that I found in the nether dropped an endp hopefully all the Enderman that I defeat will be the same

As this fell I also watched a random skeleton get jumped by a ton of Pigmen anyways besides that I ended up finding another Bastion I actually looted this because I needed some gold to trade with pigin looting chests and breaking Gold Blocks that’s pretty much everything I

Did in this Bastion I continued looting it a bit further until I finally decided to leave it and move over to the Crimson biome where I started trading with a piglin in hopes to get some pearls and well you see this actually worked extremely well dream speedrun luck has

Nothing on this RNG I ended up getting 12 pears from these trades and eventually I ran out of gold so off I went into another Bastion looting it for more gold obviously again I then used this goal to trade with another piglin which unfortunately this time I lost my

Luck and I didn’t get any more ender pearls this stupid idiot decided to steal all my gold and not give me anything useful in return absolutely unbelievable anyways now I was going to start running toward a wol forest biome because Enderman spawned way more in those biomes eventually I found the

Forest and I started taking down some Ender eventually I collected a total of 14 ender pearls which should be enough for now I hope so I decided to make my way back home where I then started expanding out my storage because why the heck not oh yeah and now that I had

Expanded my storage I also started resorting the chests yep more random tasks that I just decided to do it was time to continue the random tasks but this time it was going to be kind of more important because I was actually going to start preparing for the end

Fight I crafted up an anvil put the Power five enchant onto a bow oh yeah we’re going to be dealing plenty of damage to the Ender Dragon now I collected a few stacks of building blocks farmed up some sugarcane and then combined that sugarcane with gunpowder to craft up three stacks of fireworks

And now we were pretty much fully prepared for the end battle as well as for when I collect the elytra I went outside through my first Eye of Ender however before I actually started running to the stronghold I went to sleep H maybe I should do this in real

Life as well anyways the following day we got straight back into it and started running boating using more Eyes of Ender just trying to find the stronghold on my way I found a desert temple but unfortunately it really just didn’t have anything worth taking so I left threw

Another Pearl and was back on my way not too long later another Pearl was thrown and this time it turned around so I knew we must have been getting super close now I threw another Pearl just in case and that turned around as well which is

When I decided to dig straight down but little did I know I wasn’t going to be digging straight down into the stronghold and oh no instead I dug down into a triail chamber which was insanely lucky and at the time I actually had no idea what the heck this place was for

All I knew I thought this was like a stronghold update or something I ended up finding out exactly what this was and that this place was where I could find two items required to craft up the mace so I ran into some rooms fighting off spawners which would then drop loot I

Also defeated a ton of the new Brae mob which upon defeating drops the braze rods which is one of the two items needed to craft up the mace more spawners dropped loot as I defeated all the mobs also breaking a random pot gave me Keys which I could then use to get

Even more loot from these other spawner looking things besides that I continued fighting off mobs I found new rooms to fight more mobs in but none of the loot I received was anything crazy to be honest the only item I really wanted from these trial Chambers was the heavy

Core the other item needed to craft up the mace which unfortunately I couldn’t manage to get my hands on because it has something like a 2% drop rate so yeah if it wasn’t clear already I don’t think I’ll be getting this item anytime soon I ended up leaving the trial Chambers to

Go exploring in the stronghold looking for the portal room and running around I found myself in the library so I just started breaking the bookshelves to collect books that I would take home saving me from having to collect leather and other stuff later when I wanted the

Level 30 enchants the chest also had a pretty good enchanted book inside it and of course an armor room as well after running around further I finally found the portal room so I put the Eyes into the portal jumped in pulled over to the main island and now it was finally time

To defeat the Ender Dragon I started breaking the crystals and as I was bridging over to another Tower the dragon flung me into the air but with Split Second decision making I took an ender pearl out of my inventory and threw it barely surviving the fall I

Ended up scaling up more Towers using my water bucket easily taking out the rest of the crystals that I had to destroy I then shot the dragon with my power five bow dealing pretty decent damage but not too long later it started perching so I ran into the center and started

Attacking it with my diamond sword eventually it flew away so I used my bow again hitting it with pretty much every single one of my shots which completely drained its Health finally it perched once again so I took the final hit with my sword eliminating the Ender Dragon I

Took the egg and then started towering up to the end Gateway where I finally peed through and now it was finally time to find an nend City bridging over the void I actually found an n city like pretty much straight away this was definitely a great find especially now

Knowing I wouldn’t have to run ages to find the elytra I defeated the shulkers that defended the entrance and I also got like No Loot from the chest so I just moved straight onto the end ship right collected the dragon head defeated the Shuler blocking the elytra looted

All the chests and then finally collected my first elytra of this world and now that I had this elytra I had a plan I was going to put it on and start flying around looking for even more n cities obviously for more elyt since I could do this due to me bringing

Literally three stacks of rockers before the dragon fight I ended up finding a massive nend City but instead of getting any potential decent loot I just went straight to the ship where obviously I defeated this shulker looted the chest again and collected yet another elytra but I didn’t end there I went straight

Back to flying around looking for another city but for the rest of day 55 unfortunately I couldn’t find one so I continued looking through day 56 and eventually I did find another I obviously did the exact same process to collect the elytra I was now pretty satisfied having three of them but

Whilst I was trying to go home I actually found two more n cities so I collected two more elytras and finally after doing this I was able to return back home through a random end Gateway and then through the end portal at the center of the island when I actually got

Back home I went back to doing some pretty chill tasks starting off by sorting out my inventory I then moved on to farming feeding the animals and then I went back to the terraforming task I started many days ago doing this from day 57 through to day 58 9 and even a

Good portion of day 60 but eventually I stopped doing this as I also wanted to expand out my sugarcane farm on day 61 I started off by farming the wheat farm again it was also on this day that I actually wanted to do something fairly productive again I started by putting

Unbreaking 3 on my elytra and then I started flying around to see if I could find another Village that was closer than the desert village that I found during my Explorations earlier right across the other side of the ocean I found another Village and it was actually pretty close I collected some

Wood crafted up a boat and started kidnapping a villager back to my base and since it was over the water I had no problems doing this it was easy sailing I then returned back to the village and did the same thing with yet another villager but now that I had two

Villagers I had to set up an area where I could trade with them and an area where I could also breed them so I started breaking out a room inside of the hill this wasn’t going to be anything insanely big or fancy but I wanted it to look somewhat decent so I

Went ahead and collected some some wood obviously using this to build up and design the villager trading Hall area this build was going to be quite heavy on the wood usage so I had to go back and forwards collecting more wood from the trees I continued to repeat the

Design this time on the other side of the trading Hall and I also built out the floors using some stairs and water to make a coolish looking design I was kind of just experimenting with different things but after completing that floor the trading area was complete

Now all I had to do was move on to digging out another area where the villagers would be bred day 65 I started by flying around collecting wool from sheep as I was going to need a lot of it for the amount of beds that I was going

To be crafting up which would be necessary for the villagers to breed afterwards I returned back to decorating the interior collected more wood and then use the wood to finish off the breeding area design and now I could place the beds marking the completion of this build so now I could move the

Villagers into their new home where I also gave them a very nice welcoming gift food so I could get more villagers and now we had one extra villager I designed the entrance a little bit more and then it was finally complete day 67 was another one of those just random

Days where I just chilled out and didn’t do a whole lot I started by farming the sugarcane farm again to expand it even further by planting the extra sugar canane that I collected I also then placed slabs on top of the water so it was easier to farm this in the future so

The sugarcane wouldn’t fall in the water makes sense I did a bit more random farming and then crafted up some bookshelves so I could move the enchant table outside now it was time I started another little project you see 1.21 brought new dog variants so I began my

Search far and wide for a new dog variant I didn’t care which type I just wanted something that was different from the original dog type whilst exploring I found a ruined portal which I got insanely lucky with because inside was an enchanted golden apple I continued

Into day 69 where eventually I found one of the new dog variants I probably should have searched up where I had to look to find these dog variants but either way the dog was now tamed so I started running back home yes you heard that correctly I ran all the way back

Thousands of blocks even though I had an elytra because I spent such a long time trying to find this little fell and I didn’t trust its teleporting capabilities especially if I used my elytra anyways once I returned back home I crafted up the wolf armor and then

Gave it to the dog now I’m not going to lie the wolf armor looks pretty bad the dog definitely looked way cooler without the armor back home I checked on the villagers gave them some food and collected more sugar canane and by day 71 it was finally time to fix that roof

Of mine I was going to be building this roof out of Cobble deep Sate as the outline and then the actual roof itself would be built out of cobblestone blocks and stairs I also built the points on every single side of the roof as I thought that would make it look a bit

More interesting which it definitely did in fact I think that’s what made this roof end up looking decent and finally to finish off the roof I plac some sles on top and there we have it the roof of this house is finally complete 71 days

Into the world but I also now wanted to modify the walls a little bit replacing the stone on the walls with wood because I thought that would actually look better which I still think to this day it did so I continue replacing the other parts of the wall with the wood as well

I also had to finish the roof off by placing diary blocks inside of the Peaks finally replacing the back wall to replicate the front now the house was mostly complete so I can spend some time decorating the area making it look a whole lot nicer first I started by

Making a pathway out of a bunch of different blocks once that pathway was complete it looked pretty cool I then moved on to giving the villagers some more food and now using some Oak slabs I wanted to build a pathway or a staircase sort of thing down from my house to the

Village area it was kind of tedious building this but once it was done it looked pretty awesome to add some more decoration I bone meal to the grass so it just wasn’t all that plain old grass blocks everywhere I also crafted up some lanterns and added them around my base

Placing them all over my house even the pathways remember how those animals were kind of you know stuck in the ground I also now wanted to build them a little Barn area so I started flattening out some of the grass area unfortunately the first portion of this building wasn’t

Actually recorded but now that the first few so-called Barn areas were somewhat built up I could start moving the animals into their areas I’ve already moved the Sheep so I moved the cows next I continued building up these areas giving them roofs and of course it had

To rain whilst I was doing that oh the yucky ugly rain the next pen area was for the chickens I started by spamming a ton of eggs and then I manually brought all the others over into their new home this day seemed pretty chill but just

Wait until you see what happened next I was clearing out some pillages that decided to show up at my base and well since I now have villages I think you can see where this is going a raid spawned so unfortunately I now had to beat this raid at my house and I really

Couldn’t be bothered doing a raid at all at the moment nothing really happened in the beginning of this raid since the beginning is always pretty easy but when the hard mobs such as the ravages and aokas started spawning that’s when things turned for a more difficult experience I mean obviously I still

Dealt with them fairly easily and I ended up beating the raid with a few extra totems it just made it a little more difficult do you really think think something as measly as a raid would defeat me they don’t call me blue Minecraft at nothing anyways raid over I

Fed the animal some more finished up building animal pens and then moved some pigs over to finish my animal collection also using some shears I then started collecting way more wool I was going to need a lot of it which you can find out why very soon yeah I was going to be

Crafting up many beds so I could now go back to the nether for like the third time or something in these 100 days and start col cting some netherite or well ancient debris at this point I got to the correct y level after dodging a ton

Of lava and now it was time to do a few explosions after being 11 beds down I was starting to lose hope because I still hadn’t got any ancient debris yet but it was after my 12th explosion where I finally got my first pieces two to be

Exact I ended up getting another ancient debris on my next explosion followed by a few more explosions with no reward and then I got two more that’s just kind of how this whole process went so I went around collecting more ancient debris and as I was nearing the end of my

Debris hunting I dug straight into a vein of three but this was the last bits of ancient debris that I ended up getting on my journey so it was time to go back home where I would then begin smelting the ancient debris I waited for

All of it to smelt and then I crafted up four more netherite ingots I then duplicated my netherite upgrade templates but realized I was going to need way more diamonds so I added fortune 3 to a diamond pickaxe and then off I went collecting diamonds and I actually found another one of those

Trial Chambers this one even had the new skeleton variant which poisoned you with the arrows I obviously went around inside getting Loot and stuff and I even popped a totem of UND dying I don’t even think it’s worth showing this to be honest because I still haven’t got a

Heavy core and all of them are pretty much the same thing anyways day 82 I was still in the trial Chambers looting things I was still there even day 83 but on day 84 I finally made the right decision de ision to leave that place unfortunately without a heavy core but

Now that I’m actually out of the trial Chambers I can do what I entered into the caves to originally do and that was to mine and collect diamonds hopefully with the fortune 3 enchant we can actually get way more diamonds as well and that I did because by day 85 I had

Around 50 diamonds collected and I found another trial chamber damn it of course I had to go inside and try get that heavy core again but I’m just going to save everyone some time here it it was a complete waste of time I I didn’t get

The heavy core I’m just too unlucky man this sucks I collected a few more diamonds and then I just went back home I I think nearly a stack of diamonds is good enough and on day 87 I actually wanted to get a villager that could trade me mending however I actually
