As soon as I put a torch over the cobblestone brick, the torch turns off. What can I do to power the lamp on the top?
I want the lamp to go around the door(2nd pic).

the most effective way to power an entire ring of lamps like that is to just use red stone blocks adjacently to each. Hard to conceal, but due to torch mechanics it’s either that or repeaters

Not 100% what you’re trying to do but if you put a redstone dust on the stone brick above the torch, the lamp should turn on.

Levers on each lamp should work fine for what you want.
