I have spent 3 years in Terraria building this

Hi I’m a game designer who loves building worlds in video games and today I’d like to share some of my Creations I made in a Sandbox game called Terraria let’s kick things off with my biggest project the livingwood tree why build those boring hotels when you can do something adventurous and creative like

Finding a giant living with tree hollowing it out and turning into a lovely home in nature but why stop here picture a massive tree with Whimsical Village inside connected by tunnels ropes and stairs yep that’s exactly what you see it’s a good way to incorporate all previous ideas and into a sprawling

Village I’m just scared to imagine how long it take me to collect all the resources and build this project yeah let’s not talk about that though I really love the monkey Bridge I’ve made if we pass it we find the little jungle hotel and on the other side this

Incredibly cool windmill but hey let’s leave the jungle and head to the darkest place the dungeon I was always captivated by the cursed man near the entrance to the dungeon so I decided to build him a whole castle first I turned the boring entrance into the Wizard’s Tower however my obsession led to

Further expansion and Improvement adding two more castles in the first one I tried to include the throne room with large wooden windows that led us to the tower but I think the design improved greatly on the left side here I played with various materials to create stained

Glass windows I also hit a couple of skeletons here and there but forget about them let’s go chill at the beach welcome to a Charming getaway resort with Shack type houses and palm trees inspired by the Pirate Invasion event I constructed a harbor with a massive pirate ship brimming with booty but

Secrets don’t inhere take a look at the sky do you see it it’s the flying Dutchmans ship wao I didn’t get the chance to finish this one as I ran out of the materials but hey how hot can it be oh my God there’s so many of them Ah

Floating island the precious Loot and death by the evil harpies but let’s forget the boring presely generated islands and craft our own where else are we going to use all those useless blocks imagine various shrines Chinese Japanese style buildings or even a treasure Vault all on your floating island and let’s

Not forget the isolated biomes for special NPCs but the real magic happens when you isolate the contagious ones no need to worry about corruption or Crimson Tak over your world just quarantine them to the sky it’s like having a spooky secret right there in the clouds but hey let’s get back to the

Surface and take a look at some classic hotels just like you I started with simple buildings but little by little I started giving my hotels more style and character I found that adding a central piece like a lovely Fountain and a cozy balcony above brings a nice touch I also

Love placing fireplaces and connected them with a stone wall or use shinal to create an amazing looking roof and don’t forget a large storage space because it won’t take long until you fill it with all the shitty items you hesitating to sell imagine a Terraria world with the
