A height limit with no other block around and only chest they won’t be visible from the ground they won’t even be visible at y level 100 and even y level 200 the chests are still not visible if you place your chest at height limit which is y level 39 then
Your chest will only be visible at y level 254 just don’t forget where you put them

The most secret base is just a hidden one everyone is always like "put tnt" and stuff but if they can't find it they can't do anything so this works
Best secret base-base in the end, lots of blocks from spawn, hidden in one of the islands
you could also use shulker boxes

Why you need to fly high on multiplayer servers
Use the first hidden room to hide a set of 3 cords, 2 of which will lead to traps and the third will lead to a maze, at the end of the maze will be cords to a secret room in a village, in that room will be cords that lead to beginning of the maze under the maze will be a chest with the cords to the build-limit chest.
