Also by finding both beaches find the area before you arrive to the beach and dig dow you can go to shimmer immediately

I made a habit of keeping the bottom right corner of my inventory just filled with potions and food
Currently i have wrath potion, rage potion, inferno, a whole stack of 9999 sake, ironskin, swiftness, lobster tail for the plenty satisfied buff, thorns potion, and endurance potion
(i probably missed a few, but it's been nice having all those, normally i would've overlooked potions in general)

Fun fact: the shimmer will ALWAYS be in the caverns level in between your worlds beach and jungle biomes. Your welcome! Sadly, you cant transmute clentamanator pre-moonlord though
