The breathing read is the most useless item in all of Terraria and here’s why to set up parameters we should already know that vanity items and armor sets are designed to be useless so we’re going to ignore those completely now for starters the breathing read barely lets
You be submerged underwater even if it has a large modifier like it’s like I have here it’s still limited second what good does it do for you besides breathing in one spot sure you can move around a little bit depending on how much floor space you have before it dips
Down so by that standard it’s already useless limiting your space of breathe I would assume you need to mine something or break something while being underwater so by switching off of it it removes the slow breath and its main function rendering it completely useless

I disagree it's gravity globe🌎. It's moonlord expert drop. It's useless because you already have wings or mounts. And witch's broom 🧹 Cute fishron 🦈 are better.
