Python, you may not have gotten the Jack-O-Lantern Launcher, but do try out the Stake Launcher against the tier 3 OOA, specifically against the groups of grounded enemies. For flying enemies (and Betsy), use the Chain Gun or Xeno Popper with chlorophyte bullets. Also, ride the Toy Tank while you're fighting the event for extra DPS!
Please use the stake launcher. You'll be surprised how op it is

Hey Python! Idk if you know already but, apparently buffing with a honey bottle give regen as if standing in honey. Maybe have some in your void back for extra healing?
python I think that you should use the charged blaster cannon it got a massive buff in the previous updates and I heard good things about it, but I havent tried it myself.
I suggest get the sword dropped from Empress for old ones army, btw.
Also, you got the Mischief whistle which is phenomenally rare. Good job 👍🏻
Idk why but old ones army is ridiculously hard considering the rewards it gives you ESPECIALLY In higher difficulties, it becomes extremely difficult even with pillar weapons it is difficult

I think the regular chlorophyte ranger armor would be better, since the shroomite one would require you to change helmet everytime you use certain weapons.
I tried out the stake launcher in my calamity infernum world and i was shocked at how op it was. Also the elf melter got a rework in 1.4.4 where it is now a very good weapon plus the chain gun with chlorophyte bullets is the perfect weapon against the empress. Looking forward to the next episode!
