Chippy builds better than I do for most playthroughs
Awesome build! I mean, we all aspire to build as well as grandmaster Chippy. Maybe one day we'll get there…
Until then, we keep trying and build something as best as we can!
How build terraria
The chippy house is the perfect blend of “I don’t want to spend a long time making a house” and “I want the house to look nice.” It’s simple somewhat nice looking and efficient.

I build exactly like Chippy for houses, I probably picked it up by accident after watching him for so long.
Concidering I tend to create houses with a somewhat similiar style ( mostly wood and stone brick with shingled roof ) it's nice to see how they can be improved!
You know, if possible I would love to see a video like this one about adding a connecting storage basement underneath the house with chests and crafting stations. It's a very convenient spot for items and I struggle to make it look like it's an actual part of the build instead of a bad looking extension so I would be happy to see your take on this 👍

I'm surprised that I've liked the chipy house redesign more than your own take on the style. Something about it just seems more authentic about it? In the way that i'd sooner believe the chippy redesign as a lived in house than your take on it.
Both are still amazing mind you.
I think the brown-painted spooky wood walls don't really mesh with the style of Chippy houses because they're normally built with dirt cheap materials you can get at the start of the game.

I hate it when I build a house and I use so much time to the point I only make one house per day, but I also hate the fact that I need to make the house overly simple if I want to build quick

You know… when you think about it, it really is kinda a genius move, it's iconic, although I recall Chippy saying he just copied someone else… not sure when though or who he credited.
Seeing Khaio's house next to Chippy's house is the equivalent of "Playing with your builder friend in multiplayer". 😂
