Terraria 1.4.4 made this weapon amazing now… The Chain Guillotines. In this video, I take a look at this pre mechanical boss melee weapon which received a bunch of amazing buffs in the 1.4.4 update. This weapon is much more impressive and viable now having double the range and increased speed. Its also quite easy to obtain only requiring you to farm corrupt biome mimics found in your underground corruption biome. You should give it a try now as it’ll be a great addition to any early Hardmode melee playthrough!

We he got the Shadow flame Bow better give it up now.
since the update my prog is: iron longsword, grass blade, volcano, nights edge, excalibur, true excalibur, terrablade, cenit.
I just used it against the destroyer, and I tell you, you should get a better weapon for that fight, but if you already have good armor, for an example, after killing Skeletron Prime,you will do quite alright.
funny enough, i used to use this pre labor of love. It was pretty good but i was a new player back then
The chain thingys where already pretty good before the buff tbh.

Legendary Night's edge also shreds mimics. To reforge use shimmer and if you are lucky its next to a demon altar or the crimson alternative so you can keep crafting it

Yeah but your using endgame flight which I'd say is a massive advantage compared to frozen or harpy wings which you would have at that part of the Game
I love how the drippler crippler and the shadow flame knives just stole the spotlight 💀
You know, putting frost armor and curse flame flask actually makes this weapon extremely powerful against Duke. For me, its actually the best combo for duke pre Mech

You still pronounced it wrong. "Gee-ya-teens" is pretty much how you say it.

I remember the first time i ever made it to mech bosses me and my friends were having trouble with the destroyer so i looked up a guide and it said to use the chain guillotines and with them we finally beat it
