Hello! I’ve made an upright piano with dragon heads on armour stands that are positioned to make the correct pattern of black keys. The tutorial here shows you how to make the less common brown upright as the black version is more expensive to build: it needs five armour trims rather than one, and five netherite.
There’s a small, optional add-on which makes the piano work and play a scale; you could theoretically wire it to full note block songs but I won’t get into that here.
