  1. I always love the insight you provide to videogame pieces as a musician. Not only going over some of the theory and technical stuff, but going into the emotions and themes the composer is trying to get across through sound. I love that it's done without intimate knowledge of the games the pieces are to accompany, because without that context you are left with only what the composer has control over. It allows for pure concentration on the piece. No elaborate writing or game mechanics or frustrations detracting from what you are here for, or to detract from what makes your videos worth watching. You're a great creator, and the best string player gamer.

  2. Awesome Reaction, by the way the bells in the Music indicate the comming of great evil or danger.
It will be interesting to see you figure out which soundtrack is the one that other are warning about xD

  3. I would love to see a playlist of all of your calamity covers! After listening to these masterpieces for so long I’ve grown a bit numb to them, and your violin skills breathe some more life into them.

  4. I'm gonna say it: the interlude "Storms before the Catastrophes" not only has callbacks, it also has *foreshadowings*. Once you've heard the entire OST you start to pick up on those, and then realize just how much did DM Dokuro actually connect all the tracks.
Also, THE BELLS OF CALAMITY, LET'S GO

  5. You should definitely check out more biome songs, such as the songs that play in the Sulphuric Seas, which change depending on how deep you are in the ocean (wasteland, Hadopelagic Pressure, R’LYEH, void and Threats of the Ocean Floor, which is the final boss of the waters)

  6. I sent you a video game soundtrack suggestion via Official Suggestion Form.

I assume you already heard of the composer Michael Giacchino. One of his underated works, was the Medal of Honor Soundtrack, way back in 1996. I know it must have meant something to Giacchino at the very least, because he snuck in a Medal of Honor reference into the 2003-2004 "Incredibles" Soundtrack.

  7. "A glimmer of hope, while you are fighting". It's worth it to remember that these themes are the bosses getting hyped up to fight YOU. You are supposed to be the final boss, you are making a path of destruction through the world and every boss that appears is trying to stop you because if you get to your goal, the only thing that will happen to the world is complete destruction, because you are challenging Gods. So it's actually their glimmer of hope, that they just might still be slightly more powerful than you are, that their attacks will throw you off balance and that you will either die, or at least give up on your quest.
