There's no way to place blocks in spectator mood but there's a old snapshot that if you place a end crystal Dragon will die and the portal will lit. I didn't know how to place blocks in spectator mood. Whoo knows my guy im not a English person 😢😂
7:20 Here is my theory how you got in the end. So i think it loaded you chaecter in as normal and then u got in the end and then it loaded it u spectator and all of this happend so quick u didnt see it but this is just a theory

There is a setting in some server consoles by which spectators can generate chunks maybe its in java too
