How the "new farm" we are getting, I like the idea of a mountain farm. Always snowy with all the benefits of winter, and you start with a green house. Probably a smaller one than the original

Since you have the hand mirror now I recommend the animated hairstyles mod by shardust. They add a lot of life to the game. It's one of my favorite fashion sense mods.
