Just an interesting idea I had — maybe when the armadillo curls up, it gains a bunch of defense (probably through Resistance) but still takes knockback so it just rolls around like a golf ball. The scute armor could even have the effect of better defense with increased knockback

To see where it flies you can use the /ride command and just fly on it lol
