There are so many townspeople in Stardew Valley to befriend and form relationships with. How do we pick?
In this video, I am going through some of the best characters in Stardew valley that give you direct benefits such as recipes. Of course, you should befriend any character that you like, but these specific characters will give you direct benefits in-game. You might even call befriending these people a little selfish because we doing it just for their services and recipes, but it is what it is haha.

    i befriend evelyn too because she teaches you how to make pots and of course abigail to marry her because she is just awesome… just ask her if she wants to dance with you at the flower dance festival 😀

    I love Linus, he saved my life in the mines early game, he is a loner and the black sheep of the town. Just like me. So i max him out whenever i can. Plus, we are on the same level of wildmen

    We only have it on mobile til we can afford it on pc. I am 44 and enjoy playing it alot. I introduced it to my mother as well and she's hooked. So when we can I want to get it on pc and play it with her. Your videos have been a MASSIVE help to us. Thank you!!!!¡

    I got so lost when she said "cactus treat" and gave him a coconut that I genuinely had to pause and check the wiki to see wtf she was talking about 😂. Cactus fruit and coconuts are both loved if you got confused too 😂.
