ConcernedApe has given us a LIST of what we can expect for the upcoming stardew valley 1.6 update, and it has FAR more that I could have ever imagined! New festivals, new dialogue, new winter outfits, new frogs, new crops and foragables, new end game content, new ginger island content, there is simply SO MUCH to go over in this update! This will be the last big update Eric works on for awhile before continuing work on his new game Haunted Chocolatier.

as for the new farm i have scene others say a swamp farm and that makes sense. the trees in this update, the frogs, the new bush and the new stuff being purple adds up.
So many cool things to look forward too!
I assume specifying PC for 8 player multiplayer means that the rest of the update will be for all platforms
