If you're going to use the Tactical Shotgun, you might want Shroomite armor. Steps: 1: Buy an auto hammer from the trufle 2: Get glowing mushrooms and cloriphyte bars 3: Craft Shroomite bars out of them 4: Craft Shroomite Armor next to a Mythril / Oricalcium Anvil.
Watching this back and having beat terraria it's really easy to see stampys problem. He should have a second platform in the sky so instead of flying away from Duke he can just run along a platform which would stop him getting hit that much
Reasons you’re failing: 1. You’re not using beetle armour which has about 40% more protection than turtle armour because of the set bonus 2. You’re using one of the worst wings in the game so it makes dodging it near to impossible 3. Platform isn’t big enough 4. You’re bad at the game altogether

Stampy if you want to dodge first you need to fly up and then we he gets close to you then dash to the right is he is on the left
Same thing with right but other way that’s what I do to dodge
Also I can do it in expert mode

duke fishron can be one of the easiest bosses if you dont glide because thats what slows you down the most

He needs to dash 10x more
