Once you have the witch's broom you barely need the boot and it also makes the slot for a wing available for other items. One other advantage of the broom is how small it is, it fits where the player fits.
Objection liliths necklace is a mount you can get as soon as you get into hardmode and completly replaces the need to use boots or chtulus shield and lets your bundle of balloons from early in the game be the same as wings max speed of 58 mph and has the same hitbox as the player so you can easily fit through houses without haveing to dismount and then remount

Mole cart is a cart, which is not a mount, a mount is like the slime saddle or the gelatinous pillion.
