The reveal trailer for Haunted Chocolatier, the next game from Stardew Valley creator Eric “ConcernedApe” Barone. While not a direct sequel to Stardew Valley, Haunted Chocolatier is a similar type of town life sim game where you live in a haunted castle, gathering ingredients, and making chocolates to sell in your very own chocolate shop. Haunted Chocolatier doesn’t have a release date yet, but has been confirmed for PC with the intention to bring it to other major platforms too.

Eric Barone creates games based on the fundamental that "games should be fun." Anyone who's played Stardew Valley understands what this means. Stardew Valley isn't flashy, but it's more fun than most games. He understands the burden of modern life and he uses core human values as an antidote in his games (community, creation, giving, relaxation, relationships, nature, etc.). Haunted Chocolateer will be another best seller because Eric know how to make games fun. Something these other billion dollar gaming companies could learn from…
