This Terraria weapon makes late game incredibly easy… The Snowman Cannon. In this video, I take a look at this post-Plantera ranged weapon that packs much more of a punch than I expected. Considering it can be obtained this early, the power of this weapon can easily carry you to the Moonlord if used with the correct ammunition. Mini Nukes synergise perfectly with the high fire rate and homing of the launcher and makes it effective in pretty much any scenario. It can with both single targets like the cultist and large groups like the Frost Moon effortlessly. You absolutely need to give it a go!

literally as soon as i saw that you took no damage from it (the only launcher that has this perk) i knew that it would be in my hotbar from that day forward

I already knew how good the snow man cannon is unfortunately I usually need alot of naughty presents for it.
It is pretty goddamn solid but it's quite hard to obtain and i usually get it as a last resort.
I have no problem worrying with the ammo because the split bug in recent version of terraria just came back

Unlike most explosives, the Snowman Cannon doesn't have self-damage. But the most significant thing is that it's one of the few good ranged weapons that isn't deflectable by Selenians.

during a bit of a challenge run with the calamity mod recently, the snowman cannon had enough dps to take down death mode Providence pretty well, especially with mini nukes and a crit build. its amazing how well it does for a pre-golem weapon

i used this and i have to say it decimated everything
Today I learned the lunatic cultist has a 25% resistance to homing weapons.
with this gun I defeat moonlord 3 times and just flying.
so its just the cooler snowball launcher
or i could get vortex beater in less time
This thing is genuinely broken; the only downside is the annoying ammunition compared to the Beater (which can just use a musket pouch for normal enemies). It's my go-to weapon for events.
i wish there were more launchers like the normal Rocket Launcher with the direct damage dealing extra damage. it was so fun to use because of the damage potential it had but unfortunately it's also a post plantera dungeon weapon which means there are better weapons and launchers you can easily get.

This was the weapon I defeated Moon Lord with for the first time… On expert mode right away. As I lost my classic mode world to file being damaged, and I only had destroyer defeated on that lost world. I created expert mode world right away after that.
Snowball cannon can be picked up from ice chests in the early game…
