Doesn’t RNG work on the principle of “5% chance per enemy” and not per amount of enemies? Because I know that’s how it is on older Monster Hunter games. Rath Gems anyone?
i really dont agree with your sentiment towards the celestial magnent change, as you state its now all rng, when it was ALWAYS rng, and much worse before at that! now you can actually grind for the magnet, where before you would simply have to hope that a merchant would show up and that hed also be selling it. id go entire playthroughs without seeing it before the change, so needless to say im happy with it.
I’ve noticed you always tend to fight queen bee on surface which is never a good idea, anything outside of the underground/caverns jungle will make her enraged, love the content looking forward to more calamity keep up the great work
The celestial magnet is almost 50/50 from sky crates pre hardmode and is VERY common from sky chests, means that I don’t have to wait on the lower ring from travelling merchant which took me until late hardmode to even see from him in one play through
" now you need RNG for the magnet." only now. you never needed it before. the travelling merchant is an every day guy the just has all his items at all times. hes just a new town npc
Python would have not quit the legendary mode series if he had an onyx blaster and skip to Mechdusa
buddys complaining about the celestial magnet rng like the traveling merchant is a consistent place to try and get the specific accessories you're looking for.

I see a bunch of you folks stating that actually, getting the Celestial Magnet these days is easier than waiting for the Travelling Merchant to spawn in with one… and you're right, both ways rely heavily on RNG, not just the one way I stated in the video. I just feel like I never really had any issues obtaining the Celestial Magnet before 1.4.4… I might have just gotten lucky with it all the time, whereas now I have massive troubles finding it because I'm probably now very unlucky, haha 😅

I was grinning the magma Stone for my summoner character it took me 457 fire bats to get it😢

Queen bee never did despawn even all the way back in 1.2.4 she still wouldn’t despawn

Get some Stars in a bottle for more mana regen in addition to the heart lantern and campfire 🙂
Python my friend, please remember the star in a bottle. You almost never forget heart lanterns and campfires, but a star in a bottle is something I haven't seen you use since 1.3 unless it's a decoration in an npc house. I know it's not a great deal of mana regen but as you know and say often, any regen is good regen. Other than that great episode as always.

Youve inspired me to start my own master mage. I just fought eye, eater, and king slime (somehow lost to king slime) and I have the thunder zapper with jungle armor as my main loadout. Been really fun so far, havent gotten into Terraria in almost 2 years.
They replaced the wings with the magnet and the wings have a 2% chanse
