This time in the mod showcase, we’re looking at mods that add new romanceable characters to the game! There’s a ton of these, and I combed through for characters that fit in well to the town, and have a consistent art style! If you want to get a bit more crazy than this, of course there’s tons of options!

    Do you have any late game mods?
    For example, the tractor mod is really neat, but requires later game materials like iridium bars and battery packs to obtain. It's useless at the start of a playthrough, but a fun addition to a year two and beyond file.

    I always get so excited seeing more SV content from you. Legit I would probably keep watching even if it was just you playing this game leisurely whenever you want. Mods or no.

    You should try SV expanded and Ridgeside village at the same time as a play through~ SV expanded adds to the original SV with the cashier at Joja and extra townies and more lore/cutscenes! Ridge side add even more townies and a whole new village to explore! I really recommend and I’ve been playing nonstop with these two mods!!

    The mod for Aspen is so good, is a very natural character in the town, is like she was always there and her dialogues are so rich, actually the mod support another for make Aspen a companion for "NPC Adventures"… Unfortunately Shiko was compatible as an adventure partner also in the past, but it seems that the mod that made this possible is outdated. I think that Shiko and this mod to make her a companion need an actualization. Aspen and Shiko are my favorites NPC mods. I play with SV Expanded, Aspen and NPC adventures. Ridgeside for sure in the future.

    Recently got a mod that turns the Wizard into a woman(Rasmodia), and another that makes the Witch into a giftable NPC(Alecto), and they actually support each other, which was a nice surprise.

    (This is a long comment about NPC mods lol. 😅)

    I have like…Most of the NPC mods. Some ones I think you'd probably enjoy that "fit" into SDV are…(and most you can romance. ❤️)

    Lucikiel (SDVE compatible) – There is an entire cutscene with his introduction and there's also events he has with other townspeople.

    Magical family, this adds Valerie and Dezerie. With Valerie being the wizards sister and Dezerie being his mother. (sorry you can't romance his mom lol)

    Juna – she is a witch who interacts with wizard. (although I think her romance is more of a roommate type thing)

    Zoro – yep from One Piece. He is now lost in SDV.

    Tristan & Mister Ginger – ties to Jas.

    Jorts and Jean – talking cats, I noticed that during the first event with Linus that instead of Linus sorting through the trash can it was one of the cats. And instead of Linus talking about racoons it's about Jorts and Jean.

    Lunna (Lunna Astray mod) – she interacts with others, had an event where there was a Convo between her and Abigail.

    Piper – it replaces Pierre and now you have Piper who is Caroline's wife.

    Also Ridgeside village and East scarp adds loads of characters, there are others I've added that go with East scarp such as Lavril, a mod called Always raining in the valley, and Yri the architect
    Also an NPC that goes with Ridgeside village is Leilani.

    I have all of these NPCs and haven't had a problem with any of the mods except for Open Fire. 😅

    As soon as I saw Shiko, I was speechless, but my mind just thought "welp, he's to another 2 months of me playing SDV non-stop in a new farm with a new wife lol", Shiko already exemplifies my wishes as to why I played the Datable Jodi mod a ton. The Bachelorettes are amazing, don't get me wrong (Leah you are too OP, big up), but just like Salmence, I do like my options a little older as well.

    I have successfully installed many mods in the past. I have everyone on this list in game, however I am unable to install Shiko. Has anyone else had this problem?
