The chair glitch works on the Switch. You have to use the right thumb stick, but a lot of people don't know that apparently.
The square bracket glitch doesn't work for me on switch. Is it PC exclusive?

For the item code glitch, I suggest adding the magic rock candy id code or any universally loved giftโs id as one of the items in your name. Why? So you can gift Shane, Abigail, Maru, or Elliot(or all) and get multiple of any other item codes you put in your name since they all say your name when you gift them a loved gift. At the same time, you can get some hearts and trigger heart events which will also get you more items since Iโm pretty sure your name is said at least once in heart events.
I have my name as [74][645][163], which gives me a prismatic shard, an iridium sprinkler, and a legend fish. i can gift someone like Maru a prismatic shard and sheโll get me an extra iridium sprinkler and legend fish, and when i reach her first heart event(which says your name about 5 times), i have extra prismatic shards to give to other people i want to befriend.
i need another dupe glitch, because i play in switch singleplayer and when i try to name myself or the chicken brackets then numbers, the brackets are gone
I'm in my 3rd year, and I still didn't get the yellow dwarf scroll.
I have to mention the "not everyone says your name" even though I'm a little late, Shane actually says your name if you give him beer but that's limited to only two days since you can only gift NPCs every two days and that's for early game stuff. But the mayor can actually say your name infinite times if you have a high enough friendship with him and if he's in the Saloon

Iโve tried the shrine glitch and I canโt get it to work for some reason.
Update: I tried it again and used the sap method others were talking about and it worked!
