I've got an idea. try installing the "immersive portals" mod (the one where portals no longer have a loading screen) and then summon a bunch of entities in a vertical portal loop (I think it would be best if you put the end portal in there somewhere but that's just me)

Here's a way to break Minecraft: Set every keybind to the same key and watch as your computer explode

I'm pretty sure the reason why the game froze when he used the /locate command is because the game tries to find a mansion by checking EVERY chunk of the world (loaded or not) until the world border
Whenever doing the next comment change your render distance to the minimum, whoever wins gets .5 points
